  Off the mini roundabout & through our private gates to our 2 allocated parking spaces with additional garage parking. Entry is from the rear of the cottage, through the garden into the lobby

  Our decked, patio back garden has a grass area with outdoor seating topped with a pergola for dining in the beautiful Devon air! An outside tap is also available. We also have a front garden 'sun trap' to sit and gaze down the Dart valley.

• Lobby 

  Designed to house all you outer garments, wellies, brollies & an area to keep your doggy bits. Plan your walks & days out with our handy wall maps

• Ground Floor

  From the lobby room we have a cosy twin bedroom with built in wardrobe & tallboy storage and a double bedroom with patio doors overlooking the garden with a bathroom with bath & shower.

• Middle Floor

  You will find a modern lounge & dining area. Being situated on the middle floor you can appreciate views from both the front & rear of the cottage from our comfortable, deep sofas with TV, Netflix & free unlimited Wifi. The kitchen is equipt with an efficient halogen hob cooker with extraction, main oven & grill, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, blender and everything you need if you fancy cooking up a storm! A beautiful oak dining table and chairs is central to sit and enjoy a meal.

• Top Floor

  This is solely our 'Master Bedroom' ideal for a couples stay or for mum & dad to get some well earned rest! More amazing views looking further out to sea! A king size bed, triple wardrobe, dressing table, side board & a roomy en suite shower room & toilet.

Full housekeeping on change over day. Extra pillows provided in rooms.

Vacuum cleaner, iron & board, large dog cage, baby stair gates, high chair & travel cot provided in utility cupboard.

Dogs:

• Recommend upto 1 dog or 2 small dogs at the cottage. (Well behaved - of course!!) 
• A £50 additional charge is added for dogs.
• Dog cage provided (if required) in utility cupboard.
• Outside hose reel for water/ drinking water supply
